Sparks (Josh Peck) is the engineer of the Zirkonian team of aliens. He is the only member of his squad that is not armed as he has no military training or experience and is a part of the mission as the intelligence. Unlike the other three, Sparks is geeky and tech savvy. He is the kindest and the most excitable member of the group. Sparks wants the rest of the team to like him, but this is a challenge, because as some of the more xenophobic Zirkonians say "a brainy, considerate, and peaceful Zirkonian is hardly a Zirkonian at all!.."
Sparks befriends Hannah who nicknames him Snuggle Lump, after she gives him a band-aid on a cut that he suffered from falling through the ventilation duct onto her bed. He teams up with the Pearsons, and after helping to defeat Skip, Razor, and Tazer, he calls for the invasion to retreat. He returns to Zirkon after saying goodbye to the Pearsons. Although Hannah is reluctant to let him go, she changes her mind when he shows her a picture of his family.
Personality[]
Sparks is timid which results in him getting pushed around and bullied by his more aggressive squad mates. He is also gentle and kind, wanting to befriend the humans rather than enslave them (like the rest of his people).
Appearance[]
He is the shortest of the four aliens and also the only one with four arms. Compared to the others he has softer features and a more friendly looking face.
